Girl Talk: How I Balanced My Hormones To Start Losing Weight Naturally!







How I balanced my hormones natural and how its helped me get back on track with losing weight. Now that I don't get bloated for 10 days twice a both before my monthly friend its made a HUGE difference, and I was able to do it NATURALLY! So, I encourage anyone who is either getting off of birth control, has hormone imbalances or severe PMS/PMDD to watch this.

Spring is HERE!

Spring is here and its probably my favorite season since my birthday occurs in the spring time. I want to make it a point to post daily or at least every other day on my blog so you all can be in touch with me while I have no uploads on youtube. My blog will be about a number of topics, my weight loss progress, fashion finds and maybe just whatever it is I am feeling that day. Eventually I'll have two separate blogs for fitness and fashion. For now I'm just getting the hang of it. :)
