HERE ARE ALL THE THINGS I LIKE THAT HELP AID WEIGHT LOSS.
you can pick and choose what might work best for you and help you maintain or drop a few extra pounds.


Fat Burners & Pre Workouts
Forskolin helps burn fat, helps with asthma and skin problems. I have a youtube video talking about this product and its what I am currently using. Link below.


Vega sport all natural and vegan pre workout. It gives you the perfect amount of energy !


Cleansing
I like smooth move a lot. I know its a little uncomfortable to talk about but it really helps get rid of extra "stuff" clogged up in our belles.


Oolong tea.
this helps aid in proper digestion and speed up the metabolism.

Matcha green tea
another tea that is one of the best #1 part of the body is burns fat from is the stomach. I love this tea, and unfortunately I am allergic to it but when I drank this consistently my stomach was FLAT!!


This cleanse I have used a couple times for jump starting my weight loss and it really does put in work.
Acai Super cleanse for 14 days really helps eliminate backed up stuff from the colon!

For a few years now I have tried a few protein powders this one is not only affordable but gets the job done and tastes pretty good

Wheybolic is another one I tried and I love that is sweetened with stevia also tastes great!

These are all the things that have definitely helped me. They all work they are all pretty affordable. And you don't need every single one. Just find what you think will suit you best. These are just products I personally use and know work.

  3. I'm using the forskolin, same brand you use and lost a little.

    But in addition to that, I have dropped all dairy, all grains with gluten/gliadian protein such as wheat, oats, barley and rye. Also avoided are mainstream dairy products, because dairy contains genetically engineered bovine growth hormones, and have to watch the sugar.

    Also very helpful is the organic sulfur, sourced from the Cellular Matrix Study. It sulfates out the "trash of man", which is usually stored in body fat.

    And my detox tea is the EPX Body detox tea.

    And I do periodic liver/gallbladder flushing, which makes a world of difference in health overall. As well as colon cleanses.

  5. I've been watching all of your youtube videos on you channel and I love them! I am looking to lose about 25 pounds in maybe a month or so. I know you were successful with losing 20 pounds in 20 days and was wondering what is the #1 supplement you would recommend that would help me achieve my goal of 25 pounds in a month or possibly less? I looked into the FitTea fat burner and the Forskolin but I am unsure what I should order knowing there are many weight loss supplements out there. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!
